TDK株式会社(东京证券交易所代码:6762)宣布,其InvenSense SmartSonic™ ICU-30201超声波飞行时间 (ToF) 传感器正式进入全面量产阶段。该ICU-30201传感器可提升各类设备的场景感知能力,适用于需要精准检测人体存在、接近和距离测量的应用场景,包括机器人、无人机、报警装置、门锁、摄像设备、智能楼宇系统等。量产已于2025年1月正式启动。
ICU-30201传感器凭借其扩展的最大检测范围,可实现覆盖整个房间的存在感知和远距离障碍物检测,推动了新一代智能家居和智能楼宇设备的创新。作为SmartSonic™传感器系列中的新锐,ICU-30201集成了功能更强大的片上处理器,具有更高的计算能力。TDK提供了包括测距和存在感知在内的多种片上运行算法,不仅能减轻系统主控(MCU)负担、降低功耗,同时支持客户自主编写传感器算法。此外,新型底部开孔封装设计使结构设计集成更为便捷。

ICU-30201采用创新型系统级封装,将MEMS PMUT(压电式微机电超声波换能器)与超低功耗SoC(片上系统)集成于微型可回流焊封装中。该飞行时间(ToF)传感器基于超声波脉冲回波测量原理,可在包括强日光照射在内的任何光照条件下,对最远9.5米距离内的目标物进行高精度、高可靠性的距离测量,且测量结果完全不受目标物颜色及光学透明度的影响。
InvenSense的超声波ToF传感器将由无障碍技术公司WeWALK于2025年美国拉斯维加斯消费电子展会 (CES 2025) 期间(1月7日至10日)在TDK展台演示(展位号#15815)。届时,WeWALK还将正式宣布推出带AI导航的Smart Cane 2智能手杖。该手杖采用了包括超声波ToF传感器在内的多款TDK传感器,旨在为视障人士带来便利出行体验。
