- Digital-output X-, Y-, and Z-axis angular rate sensors (gyroscopes) with a user-programmable full-scale range of ±125 dps, ±250 dps, ±500 dps, and ±1000 dps, integrated 16-bit ADCs
- Digital-output X-, Y-, and Z-axis accelerometer with a user-programmable full-scale range of ±2g, ±4g, ±8g, and ±16g and integrated 16-bit ADCs
- User-programmable digital filters for gyroscope, accelerometer, and temperature sensor
- Embedded Self-test
- Two interrupt lines
- Wake-on-Motion interrupt with per-axis feature for low power operation of applications processor
- Reliability testing performed according to AEC–Q100: PPAP and qualification report available upon request
- Final test at -40°C, 25°C, and +105°C
