Analog MEMS Microphones

Our Analog MEMS Microphones offer significant performance improvements compared to electret microphones, which have been in use for decades. They have similar or better SNR in smaller size, provide consistent performance part-to-part and over temperature, and offer a wider dynamic range.

Multi-mode, low-noise digital MEMS microphone integrated with a Particle Ingress Filter (PIF) for enhanced robustness to environmental contaminants such as water and dust. With high SNR in all operational modes, it has 135 dB SPL AOP in High Quality Mode, and 120 dB SPL AOP in Low-Power mode.

High performance in a small package including 127 dB SPL acoustic overload point, tight ±1 dB sensitivity tolerance and enhanced immunity to both radiated and conducted RF interference.

The T5838 is a 68dB SNR, 133dB AOP, and world’s lowest power Pulse Density Modulation (PDM) digital MEMS microphone. Featuring “Acoustic Activity Detect” which supports configurable wake-on-sound functionality at power levels as low as 20 µA.
