The ICP-20100 is a MEMS barometric pressure sensor with Industry-leading relative accuracy, sensor throughput, and temperature stability. Also achieving the industry’s lowest pressure noise of 0.4 Pa RMS, while attaining the industry’s lowest power consumption of 1.0 µA.

Presenting our ultra-low noise MEMS capacitive barometric pressure sensor family. Offering both 1-axis and 7-axis options, we deliver the options you need to suit your application.


The 1-axis ICP-101xx family includes 3 hole IPx8 (1.5m) waterproof options and footprints as small as 2 mm x 2 mm x 0.72 mm. While our 7-axis ICM-20789 pressure and motion sensor combo gives you incredible functionality in a single chip.


These solutions are best suited for mobile phones, wearable fitness monitoring, drones, battery powered IoT devices as well as measuring vital signs.


Each has a Development Kit so that you can rapidly evaluate these within your application.

This unique 7-Axis device offers performance of discrete components in a single small footprint for tracking rotational and linear motion as well as pressure differences with an accuracy of ±1 Pa, an accuracy enabling altitude measurement differentials as small as 8.5 cm. Integrated 6-axis inertial device that combines a 3-axis gyroscope, 3-axis accelerometer, and an ultra-low noise MEMS capacitive barometric pressure sensor in a 24-pin LGA package.
