High-Performance Low-Power 6-Axis MEMS Motion SensorOVERVIEW The ICM-42605 is a 6-axis MotionTracking® device that combines a 3-axis gyroscope, 3-axis accelerometer, in a small 2.5 × 3 × 0.91 mm (14-pin LGA) package. ICM-42605 includes on-chip 16-bit ADCs, programmable digital filters, an embedded temperature sensor, and programmable interrupts. The device features an operating voltage range of 1.71V – 3.6V. Host interface supports I3C℠ protocol at speeds up to 12.5 MHz (data rates up to 12.5 Mbps in SDR mode, 25 Mbps in DDR mode), I²C protocol at speeds up to 1 MHz, and SPI protocol at speeds up to 24 MHz.
