TDK株式会社（社長：齋藤 昇）は、インテリジェントアイウェア向けの新たなカスタムセンシングソリューション「InvenSense SmartMotion® for Smart Glasses」を発表します。このソリューションは、超低消費電力で、スマートグラス向けの高精度かつ応答性に優れた、コンテキスト認識型モーショントラッキングを実現します。また、ARやシームレスなAIアクセシビリティに最適で、高精度のヘッドトラッキング、安定した画像／ビデオキャプチャ、直感的なUIコントロール、姿勢認識が可能になります。
カスタムICM-45685センサは、オンチップセンサフュージョンソフトウェアと最適化されたメモリを搭載し、複数のアルゴリズムをオンチップ上で同時に実行可能です。これにより、高精度なヘッドトラッキング、光学式／電子式手ぶれ補正、アクティビティ／非アクティビティトラッキングなどの機能を同時に使用できます。AR/VR に広く採用されている ICM-45686をベースに開発された新しいICM-45685には、スマートグラスアプリケーションを対象としたソフトウェア機能を搭載しています。ICM-45685は現在、お問い合わせにより入手可能（直販）で、着脱や音声振動検知（VVD）などの追加機能は、年末に提供開始予定です。
